Phone is best if you are already in Pratunam and cannot find the unit; we can direct you from wherever you are standing in the building. Email suits longer questions, group orders and anything that needs a written quote you can forward on.

What to include first time

Three things remove most of the back-and-forth: what you need, when you are in Bangkok, and the occasion. A two-piece for the office and a three-piece for a beach wedding in April are different jobs with different cloth and different timelines, and knowing which one you are asking about lets us answer in one message instead of four. If you already have a budget in mind, say the number — we will tell you what it buys rather than working backwards from a sale.

Response times, honestly

We are on the shop floor between 10:00 and 20:00, so messages sent during opening hours are usually answered the same day, and often within the hour. Late evening and early morning messages are picked up when we open. If something is genuinely urgent — you fly tomorrow — say so in the first line and it moves to the front.

Before you visit

Walk-ins are welcome and no appointment is required. If you do book, the cloth you asked about is already out and someone is free the moment you arrive, which matters most at weekends and in the last hour before closing. Bring the shoes you intend to wear with the suit; trouser length is set from the shoe, and a change in heel height is the single most common reason a hem has to be redone.
